Initially I was looking to Simon to help me recover from my sport and to prevent injury as I suffered lower back pain and recurring injuries. I quickly realised he could help me a lot more than that given his knowledge and experience. He identified muscles that were inactive which were limiting my flexibility and power. He gave me exercises to activate these muscles and gradually they came back to life. We regularly took videos of my golf swing and tennis movements to see my real progress that was being achieved. My injuries and pain have significantly reduced I am better than for years. Working with Simon has been a revelation, he is way ahead of other coaches/trainers I have used and he is very highly recommended.
