What was your situation like before we started?
“I was referred to Simon from my personal trainer with a long history of back and knee problems which was restricting my ability to exercise particularly run and play golf.”
Did you have any initial concerns or hesitations?
“I was happy to come and have an opinion as I had already tried physio , osteopathy and orthopaedic surgeons.”
How was your journey with SI Sports and Injury?
“The assessment made sense to me looking at me as a whole person not just one joint problem, I am a gp.
You assessed me and found I had a very tight hip flexor and restricted movement of both feet, over the coming months you gave me exercises to do and I became pain free able to run and play golf without pain.”
How do you feel now? What results have you achieved?
“All my family have since been to you for various rugby injuries and have all benefitted from your care. I have also recommended you to all my friends family colleges and patients.”
